I do not live near you. Can I still get a River Country puppy?

Yes you can! You can fly in to pick up your puppy at our local airport, Rogue Valley International–Medford Airport, or you can hire a flight nanny service to deliver your puppy to you.

What if I submit my deposit for a litter and something comes up?

If you reserve a spot on a litter and need to back out, we will hold deposit and reach back out with future litter availability twice. If after reaching back out twice in an attempt to place you on a litter without reply, your deposit will be forfeited.

Can I make payments toward my balance while waiting for my puppy?

Yes, you can. You can make payments whenever you’d like, for however much you’d like throughout the 8 weeks. When we receive a payment, you’ll get an update regarding your payments made and balance due.

What health guarantee do you offer?

All of our River Country puppies come with a 2-year genetic health guarantee. Our parent dogs are DNA tested for diseases, and we do deeper testing if needed as well. Our parents are also physically OFA tested as well by an OFA certified Veterinarian. Our puppies are also examined by our vet at 6 weeks old. We feel confident that we have done all we can to ensure we are providing you with a healthy life long companion.
